If a rental item is placed,
we maintain routine follow-up with both the patient
and the home health agency to ensure all of the
following: -All concerned
parties know how to use the ordered equipment
Verification that the patient is still using the
equipment
Tracking the patients clinical progress while
utilizing the ordered equipment
If something isn’t
right, we will contact all appropriate parties
to decide on what changes need to be made to the
product portion of the care plan. This helps to
ensure the most rapid and cost-effective outcome.

Delivery Services |

We handle all aspects of
getting the equipment to the patient, no matter
where they are located. When necessary, we will
determine any of the logistical issues associated
with providing larger, more complex equipment to
the patient as well.
In most cases, a local representative will deliver
the equipment directly to the patient, whether this
is prior to hospital discharge, or to their home
or nursing home. If a patient resides in a rural
area, arrangements can be made to ship equipment
directly to the patient. (Not available for Medicare
B recipients).
